Stop Making Criminals Martyr’s

I can’t believe I have to do a blog post on this. But apparently people don’t get it.

A criminal is a criminal. No matter which way you spin it. And if they get hurt or killed while fighting cops or resisting arrest, guess what? THEY ARE STILL A CRIMINAL.

Why does the left try to make martyr’s out of these people? Let’s look at some examples.

George Floyd. He was high on fentanyl and meth at the time of his arrest. Do we know if he fought with the police. No. Because we don’t have that part of the film. He was also trying to pass counterfeit money. He had done around 7 prior stints in prison for drugs and also for armed robbery. During that robbery, he held a gun to a pregnant woman’s belly demanding she give him money and drugs. yet because he was killed in police custody, the left and BLM made him a martyr. His death was televised and celebrities came. They donated money to his family and celebrated his life like he was Martin Luther King Jr. I was baffled. He was a criminal. No was no savior to the black community.

Now let’s look at another. Rayshard Brooks. Rayshard was on parole after serving 7 years in prison for beating his wife and children. Among other things. He was passed out drunk in a Wendy’s drive thru. The police were called and after administering a field sobriety test, which he failed, they tried to make the arrest. He became combative and even punched one of the officers in the face. He then stole one of the officers tasers and ran from them. As he was running, he turned around and shot the taser at the officers, to which the officers then open fired on him. In my opinion, this shooting was justified. However now the media and BLM are trying to play like he was father of the year. Putting out articles about how he was supposed to go to his kids birthday party the next day. The same child who he surged time in prison for beating. This was a criminal. But now, once again, they want to make him a martyr.

Yes, it’s sad when people die. Especially for their loved ones. But when will people learn, you fight with the cops, you may not make it out alive. Whether you are black or whistle. Do what you are told and fight it in court.
